Diet – Eating the Right Way
Most women resort to crash diets when they want to trim down and loss weight. It’s a common notion that when women go into diet, they eat less. However, real diet is about eating the right way and not about eating less. With some helpful tips, you can kick off your way to a healthier and more fit you.
When doing your cardio, do it first thing in the morning and preferably on an empty stomach. You can of course bring some water with you. The reason behind this is that you are trying to shed off excess weight. By doing your cardio on an empty stomach your body burns stored energy, thus burning off extra weight. When you do cardio after eating, your body mostly burns the food you just ate.

When eating, stay away from carbs. Food with high content of carbohydrates will slow your weight loss down. Say no to pasta, wheat breads, rice, and the like, when on diet. Next to carbs, are sweets. You need to get rid of all sugary and sweet food. They are like poison to your diet and will only quickly add up to pounds to your weight.
You should also eat smaller meals, but more frequently – around 6 meals a day. This greatly increases your metabolism. Your body will get the feeling that you always have food and therefore burn calories faster. Also, you should avoid eating 3 hours before bedtime as food will not be burned fast. These are just simple tips that you can do right away but they are sure fire tips on your way to losing those stubborn extra weight.
